Printed copies will be available at the district town hall on Otto-Suhr-Allee, the Charlottenburg public library branch on Wilmersdorfer Strasse, and two additional community centres in the Westend neighbourhood. The district projects distribution of 85,000 mailed summaries to households by August 5, according to the 2026 administrative budget document.

The district allocated 120,000 euros from its 2026 finance plan for printing, translation into five languages, and website hosting.
